Book an MS Teams appointment

You can book an online appointment for a meeting via MS Teams with one of our colleagues.
The maximum duration of an appointment is 15 minutes. Online booking is available through your eClaims account by selecting the option "Online booking".

You will be directed to a dedicated page where you can select your preferred date and view the available time slots.

You will then be asked to provide your name and email address in order to receive the MS Teams link for the meeting.

Please also enter your insurance number, as well as the type and reason for the consultation, before clicking “Book” to confirm your appointment.

Once the appointment has been booked, you will receive a confirmation email. At the time of the appointment, you can join the meeting by clicking the “Join your appointment” button.

It is not necessary to have MS Teams installed on your computer or mobile device. If Teams is not installed, clicking the link will redirect you to the MS Teams website, where you can join the meeting via your internet browser. Please ensure that you authorize access to your microphone and camera.

If needed, you may reschedule or cancel the appointment by clicking the “Reschedule” button in the confirmation email.

Visit us at the Palais des Nations

We welcome you Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Client Support Center (CSC), situated on Level 1 of Building H of the Palais des Nations.

ITU members

We welcome ITU members every second Monday, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., at ITU premises. Members are invited to book an appointment online via the ITU intranet page.

WMO members

We welcome WMO members every second Monday, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., at WMO premises. Members are invited to book an appointment online through the platform shared by Human Resources colleagues via email prior to our visits.
